Chateau TAYSHI is the result of hard working creations by Nicolas Billot-Grima, a Bordeaux native whose family has six generations of history in the wine industry. Nicolas travels frequently over the Global, and he is always looking for the perfect terroir i.e. a combination of environmental factors such as soil, topography and climate that gives a wine the distinctive character which is only unique to that area.

Since first arriving to China back in 1987, Nicolas has worked on different wine production in Shangdong,  Xinjiang  and  Yunnan Provinces. However, his passionate interest in searching out the perfect “terroir” only comes to realisation recently.  This time it is in the Huailai county of Hebei province where Nicolas has found what he was looking for.

Situated near to a section at Badaling of the Great Wall, which is 70km northwest to Beijing, where the altitude of 600 metres with a micro - continental climate. Chateau TAYSHI has become home to several grapes varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Cabernet-Franc and Marselan, as for white wine Chardonnay grape.

Together with his long time association and business partner, Mr Bosco Wang from Hong Kong, also a wine lover, they are pursuing their high quality oriented efforts in establishing one of the GRAND CRU OF CHINA.

戴思庄园（Chateau TAYSHI）葡萄酒是一个源于法国波尔 多酒业世家第六代传人（Nicolas Billot-Grima）尼古拉先生辛勤劳力所创造 的成果。每当他环球旅游公干,都很留心观察地域、环境、气 候、土壤等元素（terroir），经常寻找一个拥有独特条 件的葡萄种植区。

 

自1987年尼古拉就开始到中国山东参 与发展种植葡萄和酿造酒厂项目。其后也效力在新疆和云南省发展的葡萄酒庄园, 生产葡萄和葡萄酒。直到近年 在河北省怀来县，他才发现了这个理想的（terroir）葡萄酒生产地域。

 

位于北京西北方70公里八达岭长城的周边，戴思 庄园在海拔600米高地，特有大陆微型气候， 已经成为了：梅鹿（Merlot）.
赤霞珠（Cabernet-Sauvignon)、品丽珠
（Cabernet-Franc）和马瑟兰（Marselan），
及莎当尼(Chardonnay）葡萄的种植基地。 

 
尼古拉先生和多年香港好友及生意伙伴（BOSCO WANG）王寿仁先生，都是 “爱酒之音”者，他们靠高质量概念的葡萄酒要求作出努力，进一步建立中国优质目标葡萄酒事业。
